Rest assured we never pass on your details to 3rd parties without prior permission.

There are 3 components which make up the construction of an Anilox sleeve; aluminium outer, fibreglass inner and stainless steel end rings.

We source high quality drawn aluminium tubes to suit the required outside diameter. A fibreglass sleeve is then mounted onto the specific mandrel and the aluminium outer is bonded. Once cured, the outside diameter is rough turned and the ends machined to accept the stainless steel end rings.

Our end rings are manufactured inhouse and can be colour-coded. Machined on CNC lathes we hand-fit to every Anilox sleeve, ensuring they are tapped and threaded to provide outstanding resistance and durability. A unique gasket sealing technique protects the sleeve from chemical ingress into the aluminium causing substrate corrosion.

Our anilox rolls are manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium.
